Family Law Attorney - Tanya Leydiker
I have practiced Family Law exclusively since 1993, and I have extensive divorce litigation experience involving complex issues that include: characterization and division of marital estates, tracing of community and separate assets, co-parenting disputes, interstate and international child custody disputes, move-away cases, child and spousal support disputes involving high income as well as self-employed individuals, business valuations and domestic violence matters.
I obtained a B.A. from UCLA and a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law. I am certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Family Law Specialist.
Legal Assistant - Daisy D.
Daisy joined Leydiker Family Law January 2018. She provides Ms. Leydiker with solid and reliable assistance and serves as a listening ear to our clients. She is the initial contact with our clients and she works closely with Ms. Leydiker to ensure that she understands the needs of each client during this difficult time in their lives. She listens closely to each clients' concerns and carefully attends to his or her questions and needs with empathy and open communication as their case progresses. She takes pride in assisting clients with their family law issue from inception of their case through resolution. Her top priority is providing timely and thorough client service.
