Family Law Attorney - Tanya Leydiker
Since 1993, I have dedicated my practice exclusively to Family Law, developing extensive expertise in both divorce litigation and mediation. My practice focuses on complex issues such as the characterization and division of marital estates, asset tracing of community and separate properties, co-parenting disputes, and interstate as well as international child custody conflicts. I also specialize in move-away cases, and disputes over child and spousal support involving high-income or self-employed individuals, alongside business valuations and domestic violence matters.
I earned a B.A. from UCLA and a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law. I am a Certified Family Law Specialist, accredited by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. My commitment is to navigate intricate legal challenges and deliver the best outcomes for my clients, guiding them with both professional acumen and personal sensitivity.
